funds already due for immediate payment with the Central Bank of
Nigeria, be reliably informed that we are making all the above

The ministry of finance has instructed that all payment files be sent
immediately to New York to avoid past complains of scams, unnecessary
fee charges or payments, bureaucratic bottlenecks and most
importantly
to save cost. Hence the management is now using the New York payment
centre to pay beneficiaries from Europe, Asia and America for now.
I strongly advice you to desist from communicating with anyone again
regarding your payment procedures until you have been fully paid and
received clarification directly from me. Your full co-operation will
be
needed to assist me do my job better.
Do re-confirm to me the followings where applicable as soon as
possible:

2) DIRECT PHONE, CELL NO & FAX
3) HOME & OFFICE ADDRESS
4) PROFESSION AND AGE
We do understand the financial difficulty that you may have
experienced dealing with unscrupulous staffs and we sincerely
apologize
for an earlier delays in the release of your funds and be certain you
will be paid now as long as you follow my instructions which is in
line
with the agreement our Government reached/sign recently with our
International Creditor Countries in order for us to be granted a
total
debt relief as a developing nation too.
As soon as the above information is received, it will be evaluated
and
punched back into the electronic payment system so that your funds
can
finally be approved and made available to you directly through the
payment officer in New York USA.
