I am James Brown an artist A lover of the outdoors,i often captures my subjects on film and sketches and then uses them as a springboard for my imagination, combining the elements of many photos, sketches and field studies as reference material to form my compositions.
I was born in London in 1950,myself and my wife emigrated to Canada in 1975. After after few years on the East Coast of Canada, our journey eventually led us back to West London,London. Although i've spent my early adulthood employed as a draftsman, my love of art has always been with him and after i was transferred to the BC interior town of Mackenzie in 1992, more and more of of my free time was spent in pursuit of my art and the wildlife that spawned its inspiration.
I have had over 110 editions, ( all sold out) in print and his originals are sought the world over. Myself and my wife reside in west London, London.
MY art and dedication to conservation has led me to many prestigious awards including being named Clicks Unlimited's Artist of the Year for 2002, the first ever two time winner. Also best of show in Spokane in 2002 among 100+ artists. In 1999 i earned the Prestgious Choice Award among some 80 artists taking part in the Calgary Art Essential Show. "It's was an honor when you know people are actually paying hard-earned money for something you create from your soul.
My exhibits have taken me to far off parts of the world such as Hong Kong, Switzerland, Austria, New Zealand and Germany. Extensive travels around North America have allowed me to exhibit in such places as Florida, South Carolina, Las Vegas, Montana, Phoenix, and Seattle, Saskatchewan, Alberta, Ontario and of course many communities in British Columbia. The ability to travel because of my art is a privilege i appreciates greatly.
I have recently added designing and creating artwork on the computer, I have been selling my art for the last 3 years and have had my work featured on trading cards, prints and in magazines,I have sold in galleries and to private collectors from all around the
world.I am always facing serious difficulties when it comes to selling my art works to Americans,they are always offering to pay with MONEY ORDER,which is difficult for me to cash here in London.
I am looking for a representative in the states who will be working for me as a partime worker and i will be willing to pay 7% for every transaction,which wouldn't affect your present state of work,someone who would help me recieve payments from my customers in the
states.i mean someone that is responsible and reliable,because the cost of coming to the states and getting payments is very expensive,we are working on setting up a branch in the states, so for now i need a representative in the united states who will be handling the payment aspect for our company.
Most of my payments are in money order and they will be coming to you in your name if you are willing to assist as a representative. So all you need to do is cash the money order, deduct your percentage and Western Union Charges then wire the rest back.
But the problem i have is trust,But i have my way of getting anyone that gets away with our money,you are to receive payments which will be sent to you by fedex or ups from my business patners, which would come in form of a money order then you are to cash it and send the cash to me via Western Union or Money Gram.
NOTE:All charges will be deducted from the money so you are rest assured that you wouldn't send a dime out of your personal money.
