culprits.
The ministry of finance has instructed that all payment files be sent
immediately to london to avoid past complains of scams, unnecessary fee
charges or payments, bureaucratic bottlenecks and most importantly to save
cost. Hence the management is now using the london payment centre to pay
beneficiaries from Europe, Asia and America for now.
I strongly advice you to desist from communicating with anyone again
regarding your payment procedures until you have been fully paid and
received clarification directly from me. Your full co-operation will be
